Public Charge Rule UPDATE

On September 8, the Biden Administration published a final Public Charge Rule, which confirms eligible immigrant families can access and benefit from the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children), Medicaid, and housing assistance without negative repercussions to their immigration status.
